Celebrating with the CEP Community
25 Years of Helping Families Achieve Financial Stability

The Center for Economic Progress (CEP) -- thanks to its dedicated 1,000-member volunteer corps -- provides trusted tax and financial services to 20,000+ working families across Illinois. Armed with the success of the past 25 years, CEP looks forward with renewed inspiration.

We empower low-income residents of Illinois, providing options and opportunities while raising awareness about ways they can keep more of what they work so hard to earn.

On October 27, 2015, nearly 300 attendees were not only treated to a culinary, wine and music experience at City Winery, a vibrant West Loop destination, but also took part in a dynamic dialogue on the need for improved financial options for those who are financially underserved.
