Need To Review Completed Training? Try This

If you've already completed your online training but would like to review some of the lesson, you'll notice the blue box that takes you to training is gone from your VolunteerMatters profile! Luckily, we workaround-around you can try. If this process doesn't work for you, send an email to

1) Log in to VolunteerMatters

2) Then, use this link to reach our LMS Training system:

3) Sometimes, the system will recognize your VolunteerMatters account and log you in automatically, sometimes it won't. If you are not automatically logged in, see Step 4, otherwise, proceed to Step 5

4) Reset your LMS password by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. You'll be asked to input your email address, use the email associated with your VolunteerMatters account. *Note: You may have to reset your LMS password each time you wish to review completed course material; this is an imperfect solution, but it usually works.

5) Click on "My Library" in the sidebar menu to your left, then click on "History" toward the top of your screen; you should now be able to launch any module for review!
