Lend Your Voice

The Center needs you to lend your voice so that we can have the greatest possible impact when we advocate on behalf of low-income families.

Whether you are a Center client, volunteer or partner, consider getting involved in our advocacy efforts.

You can make changes happen. Here’s how:

1. Join Our Action Network.

Sign-up now. Members will receive email updates regarding tax policy issues impacting working families, and action alerts on how to help create change.

2. Talk with Your Elected Representatives.

Contact your elected representatives at their local offices. Voice your support for the EITC and other family tax credits. Let them know that these tax credits are improving the lives of working families --  constituents in their districts and your neighbors.

Call, write or visit with your state and federal lawmakers. It’s easy. Here’s how you can learn who represents your community:
