Host a Tax Site
From Chicago to Marion and Springfield to East St. Louis, we work with dozens of community partners, who serve as tax site hosts—providing us with a space to bring our free tax and financial services to their community.
Our host partners, who range from faith-based organizations to libraries and social service organizations, reap great benefits:
- Improved visibility
- Expanded services for existing clients
- Increased foot traffic and more clients
As tax site hosts, our partners enlarge their role in helping generate local economic impact. For every $1 of Earned Income Tax Credit refund that comes into the local economy, it creates $1.60 in additional economic activity.
In turn, our tax site hosts provide marketing and outreach assistance, playing a key role in recruiting volunteers and informing low-income families of our services.
Thanks to our tax site hosts, we are able to provide the following opportunities to community residents:
- High-quality tax preparation
- Advice and legal representation for IRS problems
- Access to low- to no-cost bank accounts
- Assistance with the FAFSA application for federal student financial aid
We thank all of our tax site hosts for their generous support:
